The large master suite with king size bedroom set has a private lani overlooking the pool, and a 42" Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen size bedroom set perfect for another couple. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed in addition to a daybed with trundle ideal for a family. The 4th bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that has a double bed above and double bed below that will sleep 4. The home has a large living room with a nice reclining couch and 55" Smart TV. In the game room we have an additional 42" Smart TV, Foosball Table, Poker Table and wet bar. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet included. There are several restaurants/bars close. Tons of recreational activities close as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer.

bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see.
